How these figures were checked
A note on dates. The reports do not all count on the same date.
On-time performance and volume are counted on the collection date, fees on the
delivery date, cancellations on the date they were cancelled, bag path on the
injection date, and feedback on the date the customer replied. Each report says
which it uses. Totals from different cards should not be added together.
